Kimbra The Redeemer

I don't mean to sound as if I'm a member of a cult worshiping Kimbra, but this lady has been saving my lonely nights for a week now. Her songs are on repeat mode all day long. Here in the Philippines, Kimbra became known (just a little) when Gotye's Sombody that I used to know hit the airwaves of Manila. She was a featured artist in the said single that topped music hotlists all over the world.

Kimbra Lee Johnson, who is now popularly known as Kimbra is a 1990's baby, born on March 27. She is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from New Zealand. She released her debut album called Vows (get it here) August last year and initially reached the top 5 spots in New Zealand and Australia. May of this year, Kimbra released her album in North America.

Certainly, this lady offers a little quirkiness and an overwhelming amount of talent and musical experience. With her unique style, she'll surely captivate the heart of any music-loving body. Check out these YouTube videos that made me go asdfghjkl;.
